By accessing this website, booking a consultation, enrolling in a course, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Yashikaa Lumirae website (yashikafoundation.com) and all products and services offered herein. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Yashikaa Lumirae reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Services — Spiritual Guidance Only

Yashikaa Lumirae is a private spiritual institution offering consultations, educational courses, and hand-consecrated products rooted in verified esoteric lineage. All services — including but not limited to Tarot readings, Kundali Vishleshan (Vedic astrology), Rune readings, Reiki, Lama Fera, and related modalities — are offered strictly for the purposes of spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and personal insight only.

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or psychiatric advice under any circumstances
No reading, session, or consultation constitutes a diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment of any physical or mental health condition
Astrological charts, Tarot spreads, Rune casts, and all related modalities are interpretive tools for introspection — they are not predictive certainties
We do not claim to predict the future, guarantee specific life outcomes, or influence external circumstances through our services or products
Yashikaa Lumirae is not liable for any decisions made by clients based on session content, guidance, or product use

3. Compliance — Drugs & Magic Remedies Act, 1954

In compliance with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, Yashikaa Lumirae does not claim to treat, cure, diagnose, mitigate, or prevent any disease, disorder, or condition — physical or psychological — through any product or service. All product descriptions referencing energetic, spiritual, or ritual properties represent cultural and traditional understanding and do not constitute medical claims of any nature.

4. Astrological & Spiritual Readings — Scope & Limitations

By booking any consultation with Yashikaa Lumirae, you explicitly understand and accept the following:

Readings are based on the practitioner's training, lineage, and interpretation of established symbolic systems. They represent one informed perspective and are not authoritative verdicts on your life, health, relationships, career, or finances
Birth details (date, time, and place) provided for Kundali or astrological readings must be accurate. Yashikaa Lumirae bears no responsibility for readings conducted on the basis of incorrect information provided by the client
No reading should be interpreted or acted upon as legal, financial, or medical advice
The outcome of any consultation is inherently interpretive and subjective. Dissatisfaction with the content, direction, or conclusions of a reading does not constitute grounds for a refund
Our practitioners reserve the right to decline exploring topics that fall outside the scope of the requested service, involve unconsenting third parties, or conflict with our ethical practice
Spiritual guidance does not replace professional counselling. If you are in personal or emotional crisis, please contact a qualified mental health professional

5. Consultation Session Terms

All sessions are conducted by appointment only, via WhatsApp call, phone call, or video call, as agreed at the time of booking. The following conditions apply to all consultations:

All scheduled times are in Indian Standard Time (IST) unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing
Clients must be available on the agreed platform and contact number at the scheduled time
If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be treated as a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled without a new booking fee
A minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is required to reschedule a session. Requests made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be honoured — the session fee will be forfeited
Each confirmed booking entitles the client to one complimentary reschedule, provided 24 or more hours' notice is given. Subsequent reschedule requests require a fresh booking
Sessions may not be recorded, photographed, or transcribed by the client without explicit prior written consent from Yashikaa Lumirae
Session fees must be paid in full before the session commences. No session will be initiated without confirmed payment

6. Practitioner Cancellation Policy

In the rare event that Yashikaa Lumirae must cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment:

The client will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity, and no later than 24 hours before the session wherever circumstances permit
The client will be offered a full reschedule at a mutually agreed time, or a complete refund of the session fee — whichever the client prefers
Yashikaa Lumirae is not liable for any additional costs, losses, or inconveniences incurred by the client as a result of a practitioner-initiated cancellation, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings

7. Course Enrolment Terms

By enrolling in any course offered by Yashikaa Lumirae, you agree to the following:

Course content is the exclusive intellectual property of Yashikaa Lumirae and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only
Course materials — including recordings, handouts, frameworks, and written content — may not be recorded, reproduced, shared, redistributed, or resold under any circumstances
Access to online course materials is granted for a period of 6 months from the date of enrolment, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase
Certificates or credentials, where offered, are issued upon satisfactory completion of all required modules and assessments, at the practitioner's sole discretion
Yashikaa Lumirae reserves the right to modify course content, structure, cohort scheduling, or facilitators as required to maintain quality and accuracy
Enrolment fees are non-refundable once access to any course material has been granted or any live session has commenced

8. In-Person Session Terms

For courses, initiations, and workshops conducted in person (including Lama Fera and similar modalities):

Venue, date, and timing will be communicated in the booking confirmation. Yashikaa Lumirae reserves the right to change the venue with reasonable notice
Travel, accommodation, meals, and all associated costs are entirely the client's responsibility. Yashikaa Lumirae is not liable for any losses arising from travel disruptions or personal emergencies
If a client cannot attend a confirmed in-person session, a reschedule may be offered at Yashikaa Lumirae's sole discretion, subject to future availability
In-person session fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled session date
If Yashikaa Lumirae cancels an in-person session, enrolled clients will be offered a full reschedule or a complete refund of the session fee

9. Sacred Products — Terms of Use

All physical products — including Solomon Seals, Protection Oils, Rune Rings, and other consecrated items — are intended for ritual, spiritual, and personal energetic use only. They are not for internal consumption and are not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic treatment.

Each product is hand-prepared and consecrated according to verified lineage practice. Minor variations in appearance, colour, and texture are inherent to the handcrafted nature and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return
If you have known allergies to metals, essential oils, herbs, or plant-based materials, please review product compositions carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you accept full personal responsibility for the safe use of all products
If you are pregnant, nursing, on prescription medication, or have a diagnosed health condition, please consult your healthcare provider before using any essential oil or botanical product
Yashikaa Lumirae makes no guarantees regarding specific spiritual, energetic, or material outcomes from product use

10. Payment Terms

All orders are prepaid only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Accepted methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Yashikaa Lumirae reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice
In the event of a payment failure, the order or booking will not be processed or confirmed. Please retry or contact us for assistance
Consultation and course fees must be paid in full before access or session commencement. No partial payments are accepted

11. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Yashikaa Lumirae reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to verify payment. 12. Product Descriptions & Imagery

Every effort is made to represent product descriptions, images, and specifications accurately. Due to the handcrafted, consecrated, and natural nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and appearance are inherent and expected. These do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.

13. Client Privacy & Confidentiality

We hold the privacy and confidentiality of our clients in the highest regard. Any personal information shared during consultations, readings, course participation, or inquiry — including astrological birth data, personal circumstances, and session content — is treated as strictly confidential and will never be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent. 14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, course materials, reading frameworks, ritual methodologies, product descriptions, and any other digital or physical content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Yashikaa Lumirae and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written consent from Yashikaa Lumirae
Course materials and session content are licensed for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal action under applicable laws

15. Right to Refuse Service

Yashikaa Lumirae reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services to any individual at any time and without obligation to provide a reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving abusive communication, fraudulent activity, payment disputes or chargebacks, repeated violation of these Terms, or requests that fall outside the ethical scope of our practice.

16. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward our team. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, misrepresent your identity, use our platform for fraudulent purposes, or share, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content obtained through our courses or consultations.

17. Force Majeure

Yashikaa Lumirae shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivering products or services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, courier failures, illness of practitioners, power outages, or internet disruptions. In such events, we will notify affected clients as promptly as possible and offer reschedules or refunds at our reasonable discretion.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yashikaa Lumirae, its founders, practitioners, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services — including but not limited to decisions made on the basis of consultation guidance, product use outcomes, or service unavailability. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yashikaa Lumirae, its founders, practitioners, and associates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

20. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us directly via WhatsApp at +91 7566676096 or by email at contact@yashikaalumirae.com to seek an amicable resolution. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your written complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
