At Yashikaa Lumirae, every item that leaves our space has been handled with care, intention, and reverence. We understand that the journey of a consecrated object from our hands to yours is sacred, and we treat the shipping process accordingly.

Shipping Charges

• Orders of ₹1,499 and above qualify for free shipping across India
• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders below ₹1,499
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment

Shipping Partner

We have partnered with Shiprocket to ensure reliable, trackable, and timely delivery of your orders. Shiprocket works with leading courier services across India, allowing us to provide consistent delivery experiences regardless of your location.

Delivery Timelines

• We usually dispatch within 7 working days of receiving your order
• In case if the product is out of stock or if there is any delay, we will notify you by mail.
• Delivery may take longer during holidays / special occasions / Government restrictions
• Since each ingredient is curated and created with extensive care it can take 10-15 days to arrive your order. We ask you to be patient with the process.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. This link allows you to monitor the real-time status of your shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to preserve their integrity during transit. Consecrated items receive additional protective wrapping to ensure they arrive in the same condition in which they were prepared. Jewellery pieces are placed in branded pouches or boxes for safekeeping.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working towards expanding our reach and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
