Return & Refund Policy
Last updated — May 2026We appreciate the trust you place in Yashikaa Lumirae. Due to the deeply personalised and consecrated nature of our offerings — including spiritually prepared products, private consultations, and transmitted courses — our return and refund policy necessarily differs from conventional retail. Please read this policy in full before placing an order or booking a service.
Physical Products — Return & Exchange Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date. After this window, no return, exchange, or refund request will be entertained. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Mandatory: Please record an uninterrupted, unedited video while opening your package from the very beginning. This video is the only accepted evidence for any claim involving damage, missing items, or incorrect products. No video — no claim. No exceptions.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Essential oils, oil blends, and botanical preparations (including our Protection Oil range)
- Any product that has been used, consecrated by the purchaser, energetically activated, or removed from its original packaging
- Sale items, discounted items, and items purchased during promotional offers
- Pre-order items
- Custom or personalised products prepared to a client's specific requirements
- Any item for which no unboxing video has been provided in case of a damage claim
Consultation Sessions — No Refund Policy
All consultation services — including Tarot Resonance, Kundali Vishleshan, Rune Readings, and any other session — are strictly non-refundable once the session has been conducted, regardless of the client's satisfaction with the content, direction, or conclusions of the reading.
- Spiritual and astrological readings are inherently interpretive. Disagreement with or dissatisfaction from the guidance received does not constitute grounds for a refund
- If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session is forfeited and no refund will be issued
- If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours' advance notice, the session fee is forfeited entirely
- Each confirmed booking entitles the client to one complimentary reschedule, provided a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice is given. After this, a fresh booking is required
- Consultation fees must be settled in full prior to the session. No session will commence without confirmed payment
Practitioner-Initiated Cancellation
In the rare event that Yashikaa Lumirae must cancel or reschedule a confirmed consultation:
- The client will be notified at the earliest possible opportunity
- The client will be offered either a full reschedule at a mutually agreed time or a complete refund of the session fee
- Yashikaa Lumirae bears no liability for any indirect costs incurred by the client as a result of such a cancellation
Courses & Digital Products
All courses, workshops, recorded content, and digital materials are strictly non-refundable once access has been granted or any session has commenced.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable from the moment course access is provided
- For live or cohort-based courses, cancellation requests made more than 7 days before the course start date may be considered for a partial credit at Yashikaa Lumirae's sole discretion — not a cash refund
- Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable without exception
- Course materials may not be shared, redistributed, or resold. Violation of this condition will result in permanent access revocation with no refund
In-Person Sessions (Lama Fera & Similar)
- In-person session fees are non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled session date
- If a client is unable to attend a confirmed in-person session, a reschedule may be offered at Yashikaa Lumirae's discretion and subject to future availability — not guaranteed
- Travel, accommodation, and all associated personal expenses are entirely the client's responsibility. Yashikaa Lumirae is not liable for costs arising from travel disruptions
- If Yashikaa Lumirae cancels an in-person session, all enrolled clients will be offered a full reschedule or a complete refund of the session fee
Order Cancellation — Physical Products
Cancellation requests for physical product orders must be submitted before the order has been dispatched.
- Cancellations made before dispatch: a 2% processing fee of the total order value will be deducted from the refund
- Cancellations after dispatch: not accepted. The order must be received and a return initiated within the 3-day return window
- If an order is cancelled after dispatch and the package is refused or returned to sender without prior authorisation, return shipping costs and a 2% cancellation fee plus ₹150 handling will be deducted from the refund amount
- Frequent cancellations or returns may result in suspension of future purchase access at our discretion
Lost or Damaged in Transit
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation with Shiprocket and the courier partner on your behalf
- If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement or full refund will be issued at Yashikaa Lumirae's discretion
- For damaged items, an unboxing video (as described above) is mandatory to process any claim. Claims without video evidence will not be entertained
- Yashikaa Lumirae is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
Refund Processing
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified within 48 hours of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund within 10 working days: first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer or bank — processing timelines vary by institution.
